Q: How much does a photo booth rental cost in Wichita?

Our digital booths start at $545, and print booth experiences begin at $995. All packages include setup, teardown, on-site staff, and custom design options.

Q: Do you serve areas outside of Wichita?

Yes! We serve events throughout Wichita, Andover, Derby, Maize, and other surrounding Kansas cities. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

Q: What types of photo booths do you offer?

We offer a range of experiences, including the Glam Booth, Spotlight Booth, Digital GIF & Boomerang Booths, Roaming Photo Booths, Mosaic Installations, and Classic Print Booths.

Q: Can guests share their photos instantly?

Yes. All of our booths support instant sharing via text, email, or QR code. We also offer branded live galleries and print options for lasting keepsakes.

Q: What makes your Glam Booth different?

Our Glam Booth uses smoothing filters and studio lighting to create black and white portraits that look polished and timeless. It’s our most popular wedding option.

Q: What is the Spotlight Booth?

The Spotlight Booth uses dramatic lighting and a minimalist backdrop to capture magazine-style portraits. It’s perfect for elegant events or clients who want a bold, editorial feel.

Q: Can we customize the photo layout or backdrop?

Yes. We offer a variety of print and digital template designs that can be personalized to match your theme. While we don’t offer custom backdrops, we’ll work with your décor team to make it shine.

Q: How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 4–6 months in advance for weddings and at least 30 days ahead for corporate or seasonal events. Availability goes fast—especially spring through fall.

Q: Do you provide an attendant during the event?

Yes. Every rental includes a trained on-site host who sets up the booth, assists guests, and ensures everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Q: What happens after the event?

You’ll receive a full digital gallery of every photo taken. For print booths, guests also walk away with physical keepsakes. Add-ons like scrapbooks and mosaics are delivered post-event.

Will my photo booth rental come with prints?

Answer

Neon Flamingo Photo Booth offers multiple Print Booth packages that allow each guest in every photo to take home a printed copy of their session (so if you shove 12 people in a photo, we're printing off 12 copies!). Don't need prints? We also offer a Digital Selfie Booth option with fun digital effects perfect for sharing to social media.

How do I get my photos?

Answer

All of our booths allow for instant digital download directly from the booth with options to share via text, email, airdrop, or scanning a QR code. After your event, we'll upload the entire gallery to to a personal microsite for you and your guests to access. Need what happens at your wedding to stay at your wedding? No problem! Online galleries can be password protected for an extra layer of privacy.

How long is a photo booth rental?

Answer

Based on our experience, we recommend the following: Booths with Prints: 3-4 hours Roaming Booth: 1-2 hours Digital Selfie Booths: for the day (hop in and get some getting ready photos before your ceremony!) Each photo booth rental package includes a set amount of hours based on these recommendations with the option to include additional hours at an extra charge. We know each wedding day timeline is unique, and we're happy to work with you to build a photo booth package to best fit your day.

How much space do I need for a photo booth?

Answer

All Neon Flamingo Photo Booths* need at least a 10'x10' indoor area for operation. The photo booth area should be located in a space that does not block any doorways and does not impact traffic flow through the venue. The booth must be located within 25' of a functioning standard outlet with no additional loads, and the outlet must be no higher than 6' from the ground. All Neon Flamingo Backdrops are 8' tall and 8' wide and are best when placed against a solid wall. Please note: rentals including a scrapbook station, sharing station, or additional customizations may require a larger area for operation. *Space requirements do not apply to Roaming Firebird Photo Booth
